Shout out to my roommate in college- Megan for bringing this dip into my life! It is the perfect hearty snack, great for football game snacking, potlucks, or when you’re just craving a solid dip/filling snack. It’ definitely junk food, but oh so good! Chicken + cheese + chips, what more do you need?!
Recipe-
- 2 cans- chicken breast
- 8oz- cream cheese
- 1 cup- Frank’s Red Hot sauce
- 1 cup- Ranch dressing
- 2 cups- cheddar cheese
Directions-
- Drain canned chicken, add chicken to a saucepan on medium heat
- Mix in- hot sauce, cream cheese & ranch dressing one at a time, while mixing thoroughly on stovetop
- Add cheese and heat for a few minutes until it’s completely mixed and melted
- Once blended, pour the dip into a crock pot and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top
- Keep mixture heated on low and serve with Scoop chips
