Another crazy COVID week has come & gone!
1. Cooking at Home
I’m so thankful that Dillon enjoys cooking & willingly cooks regularly. Me on the other hand… I’m very all over the place when it comes to meal planning & I’ve got to get better at planning ahead! This week, I actually did! Not only did we go to the grocery store, but we bought exactly what we needed for 4+ meals! One of my favorite recipes we made this week is a previous Hello Fresh favorite- Italian Meatloaf recipe here
2. Hanging with Reagan
We had our favorite house guest come by this week! Lots of fun walks, snuggles & treats ๐ Shout out to Elizabeth for sharing the best pup with us!
3. $hopping at Southpoint
I made my first return trip to the mall this week! Southpoint Mall is very close by & I hardly ever take advantage. There are some major Summer $ales going on right now & I was happy to find some great bargains! Fortunately, it wasn’t too crowded shopping during the week & I felt better with the increased hand sanitizer options & mask requirements.
