Why I Chose This Book:
I chose this book because the first 1/2 of the year has come & gone in a flash! There have been so many good things going on that I am so thankful for, but there has also been so much change, pain, conflict and stress. I have made many changes in the last few months and some have not been asked for, to say the least… So as I take on the second half of the year I am trying to build myself back up and teach myself how to get through it and persevere.

My Review:
This book took me a little longer to read than the others, but I really liked how it was so positive & understanding. This book’s goal is to make a 4 part game plan to accept what’s actually going on, explore your options, take actionable steps to make things happen & regain control. Change is so tough on a “normal” day so when big unexpected difficult things come along to rock the boat it was nice to take a step back and read something with good insight to the situation and help me work through it. This book was very solution focused and helpful inspiration to move forward.

Rating: 3 out of 5.
