Why I Chose This Book:
March is National Nutrition Month! I definitely need to improve my nutrition & eating habits. While fortunately, I’m not in any particular danger health wise, I am always looking for more information and ways to improve my health & others. The more you know, the better off you are!

My Review:
A very good book! Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to read this one cover to cover, as I would like… but what I’ve read so far has been so informative, inspiring & helpful. The meal plans & recipes seem totally feasible and I look forward to incorporating the new information into my daily life! Of course right now things are a little crazy with COVID-19. But either way, I look forward to new ways to become healthier.
