MARCH MADNESS is only beginning and not exactly how we’re used to… The COVID-19 virus has unfortunately caused so much harm worldwide, so beginning this month North Carolina has begun to make changes to keep everyone safe & healthy. I’m sure there will be more changes to come, but here is what life is like for us right now…
There are screenings before hospital entry
As many as possible are working from home
Social distancing
Multi-touch surfaces are being eliminated if possible, soon- drive thru & TO-GO will be the only option
Panic is spreading, people are stocking up!
These photos are random snippets of our current COVID-19 moments, I realize other areas are having a much more difficult time than us & I am in full support of whatever it takes to keep our environment clean & safe. I pray for those that are currently suffering & that everyone pitches in to stay safe & healthy during these challenging times. As a nurse, life is changing everyday… life is changing for everyone right now! This global pandemic is unprecedented, and it will be interesting to see how much we learn from this + how much life will be forever changed. Stay home & be safe! Currently, we are being extra reminded to practice: safe hand hygiene, clean with bleach, not gather with others & monitor for signs & symptoms- fever, cough, shortness of breath.
