One of my most favorite go to snacks… No Bake Energy Balls! Super easy- you mix all of the ingredients together then roll out into snack size balls, I keep them refrigerated to hold their shape.

Ingredients
- 2 cup dry oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons flax seed

A healthier alternative to the chocolate chip cookies I crave, very filling and great for breakfast or a midday pick me up! Enjoy!
