One of the highlights of the year in Raleigh, NC is the Art in Bloom festival! I have always wanted to go, but in the past it hasn’t worked out, tickets sold out or there were COVID cancellations…. Not this year!

Tickets sell out really fast, so you have to be on it! I was happy to score 2 tickets for my friend Grace & I, we got to have the most fun girly spring day together! We enjoyed the stunning art museum, themed drinks & live music! Some of the artists were even there to present their individual works!

The exhibit is set up with featured art displays & corresponding floral arrangements, it was so exciting to see how creative the artists were in incorporating components of the pieces into their work! There were rooms of designs & tons of artwork to ogle over, here is a sneak peek of a few of our favorites!

One of the most iconic displays was the interpretation of the The Seine at Giverny, Morning Mists by Claude Monet who Grace & I just happened to be matching with! How fun!

Each display was so intricate, elaborate & amazing to look at!! So many textures & colors. Don’t mind me as I just pretend each arrangement in the gallery was a personal delivery from Jeff Leatham himself! 😉

Floral design is such an amazing work of art! I left feeling so inspired & refreshed, a day at the art gallery is good for the soul! Love a good week day off to indulge in the arts! Sometimes the nurse grind is worth it 😉
